Since 1969, Lakeside has been the premier provider of specialized behavioral health and addictive disease services in the Memphis and Mid-South region. The 365-bed facility is one of the largest free-standing psychiatric hospitals in the United States. Job Description

To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Organization CEO & Regional Director and variety of other key administrative staff, facilitating the flow of information and accomplishment of the organization objectives.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

Associates degree or related experience required, Bachelor's degree preferred.

3-5 years related work experience required, 5-8 years related work experience preferred.

Medical terminology and computer experience necessary. basic math skills; excellent typing skills; attention to detail.

Office organization, time management and problem-solving skills; diplomacy, flexibility and telephone etiquette; excellent business skills.

Must be able to comprehend the pertinent instructions for complying with state and federal guidelines re-credentialing.

Skills in maintaining information as highly confidential. English skills and familiarity with business formats and principles for correspondence and files.
