Aspen Contracting is growing fast—and we’re looking for a detail-obsessed finance professional to help us keep our numbers clean, our reports sharp, and our operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants their work to directly support leadership decisions.

You’ll work closely with our accounting team to manage daily transactions, reconcile accounts, and produce reports that drive business strategy. If you’re a self-starter with advanced Excel skills and a passion for precision, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate daily ACH and wire transfers
• Reconcile operating and petty cash accounts
• Build and audit weekly profitability reports
• Submit monthly rebate documentation
• Record and verify financial transactions across vendors, customers, and GL
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and financial statements
• Analyze data to support commission calculations and expense audit
