LEGAL SECRETARY – BE THE FACE OF THE LEDGER LAW FIRM

Location : Dallas, Texas – The Ledger Law Firm

What You’ll Do

Welcome clients and visitors like they’re walking into a trusted friend’s office—because they are.

Answer and route calls with speed, accuracy, and genuine courtesy.

Keep the calendar moving—schedule meetings, track deadlines, and coordinate attorney availability.

Assist attorneys and paralegals with document prep and administrative tasks.

Keep the reception area and conference rooms polished, organized, and client-ready at all times.

Who You Are

Outgoing and approachable—you know how to put people at ease in seconds.

Professional in your communication, appearance, and demeanor.

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.

Highly organized with an eye for detail—small things matter to you.

Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems.

Prior legal or professional office experience a plus, but not required.
