About the Role

We are seeking a skilled project manager to help with all tasks related to our clients, ensuring best-in-class execution from our team and keeping everyone on timelines. You will play a critical role in keeping everything organized and efficient for our internal and external teams.

What You'll Do

• Work cross-functionally across our team to help ensure projects are completed on time and within the scope
• Collaborate between internal team and clients to define the project timelines, objective, scope and any potential resource requirements
• Maintain project plans and timelines (via our project management tool Monday.com) to keep everyone on track
• Identify any potential project risks as they arise and help recommend solutions to these unexpected risks
• Serve as the primary client contact to confirm receipt for all tasks, assign due dates, and ensure our team understands the task at hand
• Create standardized process documents to ensure optimized and efficient processes for current and future team members to follow
• Take meeting notes and share follow ups with the necessary parties for all meetings that you attend
