Job Title : IT Help Desk Technician

We're looking for a reliable IT Help Desk Technician to join our team! In this on-site role, you'll provide phone and chat-based support for end users, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure accurate ticket documentation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide first-level IT support via phone and live chat
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Document all support interactions in the ticketing system
- Escalate issues when necessary and follow up with users
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
Qualifications :
