About The Position

Hospital : Location : Riverside Community Hospital Magnolia Ave, Riverside , Ca. 92501 Unit : Occupational Therapy Building : D building General Information Unit Specifics : Number of Beds : We provide treatment to every nursing unit in the hospital , we are a 478 bed facility. Cost Center : 76627 Length of contract : 12 weeks Shift : Days 8 to 4 : 30 Patient Ratios : Expected to treat between 8 to 10 patients a day Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : None Type of equipment : basic self-care, DME, splinting cart Documentation system : Meditech Scheduling requirements : FT 5day a week and week end rotation Floating policy : None will stay in the OT department On Call Expectations : No Weekend Requirement : Yes Patient Experience requirements : practice AIDET at all times Hospital Specifics- Certifications : Ca license, Hiring profile Requested Skill Set : Must have : Experience in the acute medical setting, working with patients in the MICU and SICU that are on vents and have multiple lines. Advanced skills needed : experience in NICU would be desirable Procedures performed on unit : all treatments are performed up in the patient s rooms.
