Position Summary- Regional Client Experience Director

AMC Encore is a real estate appraisal company seeking a diligent, detail-oriented administrative leaders to provide daily support and task management for our panel appraisers. We are looking for a fast-paced, high-energy, adaptable person eager to learn and help our company maintain a successful operation.

This is a Non-Exempt position, which qualifies for overtime compensation. This role requires completing non-complex administrative assignments in data management as well as customer service. You'll be the first touch for a customer, responsible for managing our administrative operations to ensure efficient and exceptional customer experience. Position Responsibilities

  • Input order assignments into the proprietary AMC Encore software upon receiving them from the client
  • Utilize our proprietary software to monitor the progress of current and outstanding orders
  • Maintain ongoing communication and customer service between our clients and appraisers through phone, email, and text conversations
  • Maintain ongoing maintenance of appraiser portals, including keeping clients updated on the status of orders and managing ongoing communication regarding orders
  • Manage panel registration of appraiser profiles with Appraisal Management Companies and mortgage lenders
  • Assist appraisers in activating and maintaining subscriptions and renewing licenses
  • Provide support to additional regional client experience directors as needed
  • Other duties as assigned while we continue to grow the team and company

Position Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Excitement around working with customers and exceeding their expectations every day
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workflow
  • An open-minded attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Experience in the real estate market is a preferred, not required
  • Excellent data management skills, including collecting, verifying, and analyzing data or information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production and service goals.
  • Physical demands associated with this position entails work in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, laptop and keyboards

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Slack)
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Overtime, weekend and evening hours may be required with planned scheduling
