As an HR Generalist, you'll ensure our clinics run smoothly by supporting recruitment, HR compliance, employee engagement, and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and orient new staff
• Administer benefits, leave, rewards, and recognition programs
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and facilitate investigations
• Support training, performance, and employee relations programs
