A company is looking for a People Operations Manager to lead and optimize employee lifecycle systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Own and improve People Ops processes, including onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and policy governance
Manage Open Enrollment, benefits administration, and support Total Rewards program redesign
Drive process governance, documentation, and automation across People Ops
Required Qualifications
5+ years in People Ops or HR, with at least 2 years in a senior-generalist or manager-level capacity
Experience in a tech or SaaS environment is strongly preferred
Strong background in Total Rewards (compensation and benefits)
Proven track record of building scalable processes in a growth environment
Analytical and systems-focused, with eagerness to use automation and AI
