A Healthcare Management Group is in search of a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to see geriatric patients in an assisted living facility located in Park Ridge, NJ. The individual will provide comprehensive nursing and medical care to patients, adhere to organizational standards and policies, demonstrate adequate knowledge, judgment, and technical skills to ensure care plans and facility procedures are met.
Requirements :
- Valid NP license in the state of New Jersey
- Board Certification
Duties will include :
Schedule : 5 days per week.
