What We Offer : Compensation

  • Pay is $30 to $37 / hour (post-training) + Bonuses.

    • The Job :

  • Lead fun and engaging 30–45 minute soccer sessions for children ages 2–8.
  • Set up and take down equipment before / after sessions
  • Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling.
  • Use the expert-designed Soccer Shots curriculum to teach both soccer skills and character development
  • Create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment
  • Communicate clearly with parents, caregivers, and teachers

    • Requirements :

  • A genuine passion for working with children
  • Energetic, reliable and responsible.
  • Committed to safety
  • No prior sports / coaching experience or college degree is required!
