What you’ll Do :
We’re seeking a seasoned architecture leader to join our Engineering and Innovation Group. Reporting to the Senior Director of Application Development, this role will provide architectural direction across our core platforms, ensuring modern, scalable, and extensible systems. This individual will also serve as a key technology partner in support of enterprise initiatives, including integration of new platforms and systems.
Own the architecture and design strategy for the Complex Pro platform, driving modernization and transition to a scalable, enterprise-grade job management system.Define and implement modular, cloud-native architectures that prioritize reusability, scalability, and resilience.Guide platform redesign efforts, including application decoupling, legacy transformation, and event-driven system design.Develop and lead enterprise integration strategies that connect third-party platforms, internal systems (CRM, ERP, financial), and external partner APIs.Promote API-first design, asynchronous messaging, and seamless data interoperability across applications.Ensure integrations align with enterprise standards and support business agility and ecosystem expansion.Lead and grow a team of platform architects and integration engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Drive alignment with Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders to ensure platform design supports scale, performance, and extensibility.Establish and enforce architectural governance, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and long-term vision.Serve as a key technology leader in platform evaluations and due diligence activities for mergers and acquisitions.Partner with vendor and technology partners to deliver future-ready solutions.Support solutioning, implementation, and decision-making with hands-on architectural expertise.Requirements We Look For :
10+ years in software architecture or integration leadership roles, with at least 3 years at the Director or Principal Architect level.Deep expertise in Azure application architecture, including microservices, messaging frameworks, API management, and cloud scalability.Proven experience designing and integrating complex enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, financial platforms).Strong track record of driving modernization and platform transformation initiatives.Exceptional ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience leading architecture and integration teams.Strategic thinking combined with hands-on problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence across the organization.Qualities that Stir our Souls (and make you stand out) :
