Position Summary :
The Systems Support Technician provides frontline technical support for operational systems used in transportation environments. This role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting equipment such as, handheld scanners, printers and other technology tools. The technician works closely with operations teams to ensure systems are functioning effectively to support daily logistics and distribution activities.
Position Responsibilities :
Provide Tier 1 technical support for systems including scanners, printers, mobile devices, and other operational technology.Respond to support requests from transportation personnel via ticketing system, phone, or in-personTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware and software used in transportation operationsPerform routine maintenance and updates on technology equipmentCollaborate with operations teams to escalate and resolve complex issuesEnsure compliance with safety and operational procedures while working in transportation environmentsAssist with deployment and configuration of new devices and systemsPerforms other related duties as assigned.
