JOB SUMMARY

Assures the continuous, effective operation and the continuous improvement of the activities of the Cardiology Department. Assures integration of departmental services with the overall function of the hospital in order to meet established organizational goals, collaborates with the Non-Invasive and Invasive Directors to build the program, and oversees Cardiology quality metrics.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education

BSN or BS in Science or Allied Health, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or other related field

Minimum Work Experience

5 Years

Ability to carry out obligations and duties of position

Deals effectively with community / consumers

Develop and compile statistical data

Develop program indicators and Performance Improvement Projects

Ability to develop new programs and services lines
