Vice President, Global Industry Accounts - Consumer Packaged Goods

The Vice President, Global Industry Accounts - Consumer Packaged Goods provides sales leadership and strategic direction for the assigned global enterprise account teams that are responsible for CPG large accounts. You will maximize growth and performance while achieving the global quota, and creating an inclusive environment that shapes leadership talent for future mobility and growth. You will be also responsible for developing, communicating and executing a three-to-five year global sales strategy. You will be an important contributor to Global Sales & Marketing (GSM) strategy and guides global alignment, developing and nurturing strategic executive level relationships with global customers, partners, and other regional growth influences. You will be responsible for a set of Rockwell Automation's largest strategic customers which are in the CPG Industries. You will report to the Regional President, Global Industry Accounts and work a hybrid work schedule.

Your responsibilities include :

• Leading business outcomes, major customer relationship management, and leading global teams who are both direct and indirect reports.
• Leading growth of direct revenue and the indirect revenue purchased through machine builders, systems integrators, and other third-party companies.
• Accelerating performance of new programs and uncovering new customer value by embracing ARR business models in information, IOT and analytics software, and the connected services and process portfolio.
• Leading us to delivering double digit growth in these offerings.
