Overview
Our long-term client relationship with NASA has led to a need for an Imagery Lead - Human Space Flight (MI&U) on the Human Space Flight Technical Integration (HSFTIC) contract at Johnson Space Center (Houston, TX).
The Imagery Lead supports the International Space Station (ISS) Program Office by leading and being responsible for ISS Program imagery management. This includes horizontally and vertically integrating imagery issues across the ISS Program, with other organizations and with the International Partners.
Join the dynamic team at Barrios Technology as the ISS Imagery Lead on our Human Space Flight Integration Contract (HSFTIC) Mission Integration and Utilization (MI&U) Team. In this role, you will support a team as they expand the boundaries of humanity through exploration focused on Low Earth Orbit (LEO), and ultimately to the Moon and beyond in support of NASA Human Spaceflight activities.
The MI&U team provides support to the International Space Station (ISS) Program and will extend support to the Orion, Gateway, Commercial LEO Destinations (CLDP), Extravehicular Activity and Human Surface Mobility Program (EHP) programs, and more. This team plays an integral role in ensuring the ISS continues to operate safely, its crewmembers are able to live and conduct world class research, and a robust commercial marketplace is being fostered in LEO. LEO commercialization is a key factor in allowing NASA to focus full speed ahead on returning to the Moon, establishing a sustainable lunar presence, and preparing for future missions to Mars.
Building on more than four decades of experience in providing innovative integration solutions for government and commercial space programs, Barrios offers an extensive range of engineering, software, and related technology integration services in support of the aerospace community. As a woman-owned and operated small business, we are a people-focused company that supports professional development, while working to ensure that you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Barrios employees actively participate in the growth of the commercial spaceflight industry through our partnerships with companies leading commercial space development, as well as successfully supporting NASA as our primary government customer. Our long history supporting Low Earth Orbit (LEO) on the International Space Station, and now Commercial LEO, lays the groundwork for future missions to the Moon through our work on Orion, Gateway, and the Space Launch System.
