Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Processor as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operation
In this role, you will :
- Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environment
- Require considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices
- Collect data and prepare related operational reports
- Prepare input forms for automated data processing system
- Utilize the company's internal operations to perform duties
- Coordinate projects
- Furnish information to authorized persons
- Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretation
Required Qualifications :
2+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications :
Experience with Wells Fargo Foreign Item processing processes and proceduresExperience with Wells Fargo Check Deposit Processing processes and proceduresExperience with Wells Fargo programs, systems, and tools such as : CEO (Commercial Electronic Office), EPM Image Capture / Proof PC, EPS (Exception Processing System), ETRAN, GSMOS (Global Sanctions Management Operations System), Hogan, Intl Ops Online, and OIB (Operational Image Browser)Experience with Wells Fargo Banking Operations processes and proceduresProficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams) skillsAbility to collaborate and execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple initiatives, priorities, and projectsAbility to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problemsAbility to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of employees including managementAbility to meet or exceed business goals and objectives, while fostering a team atmosphereAbility to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving complex internal and / or external customer issuesAbility to work effectively in an individual and team environment, across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are importantStrong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracyStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing stakeholdersJob Expectations :
