Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and coordinate daily production activities on a high-speed corrugator machine.
• Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in machine operation, safety, and quality.
• Train and mentor team members, ensuring they develop the skills necessary for efficient and safe operation.
• Monitor product quality and make real-time adjustments to ensure specifications are met.
• Assist in scheduling and assigning tasks, ensuring optimal staffing and workflow.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address minor machine issues and report major breakdowns.
