Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate member and investor servicing requests, ensuring compliance with applicable procedures and guidelines
• Processing more complex servicing requests in relation to real estate secured and commercial loans
• Manage the department's ticketing system, including responding to inquiries and assigning tasks appropriately
• Maintain high task quality and ensure adherence to internal procedures
• Provide guidance, support, and training to fellow loan servicing representatives
• Meet established deadlines and performance standards for all servicing functions
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the servicing department

As a Loan Servicing Representative, you will work a 40-hour full-time schedule Monday through Friday.

In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, we're pleased to share that the base hourly range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00 , excluding fringe benefits or potential incentives. If you're hired at Rockland Federal Credit Union, your final base pay will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience. We also take pay equity seriously and consider the internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please note that the range provided reflects the full base pay for this role. We also offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package designed to support your overall well-being and success.
