Responsibilities of Maintenance Technician :

Maintain good public relations with residents and vendors

Assist with annual apartment inspections and identifying action items

Report violations of lease and house rules

Timely completion of maintenance request work orders and ensure tenants maintenance needs are being met

Work with manager to schedule vendors and order necessary supplies

Perform preventative maintenance duties

Maintaining excellent curb appeal

Follow policies and procedures

Minimum of 4 years of current and proven experience in multi-family apartment maintenance

Basic knowledge and experience in HVAC electrical plumbing minor fixes such as patching a wall fixing a doorknob appliance repair unit turnovers and work orders

Basic familiarity with use of computers and technology. Navigate at a basic level within web-based applications

Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.

Able to work as a team and independently

Ability to follow directions handle constructive criticism and able to communicate well

Able to work Tuesday-Saturday schedule 8am-5pm40 hours per week

Must be able to live on-site at Fresno property

Salary Description

21.00-22.00 per hour plus unit and Benefits
