About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Premium Sales, Service, and Member Experience to lead the strategic and operational aspects of its premium business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive premium sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a world-class member experience. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in premium revenue growth, team building, and client relationship management. Key responsibilities for the VP include premium sales strategy and revenue growth, client experience and member services, team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and industry engagement. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), at least 10 years' of experience in premium sales, membership services, or high-end hospitality, with a minimum of 5 years' in a leadership role. They should be an inspirational leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a deep understanding of premium sales, pricing strategy, and CRM platforms. The role also involves budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, as well as staying ahead of industry trends to maintain the organization's position as a market leader.
