Description :

Client is seeking a Security Operations Engineer to join the Cloud Security Team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Cyber Security. This role centers on securing the company s SaaS application ecosystem using CrowdStrike Falcon Shield SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM). The ideal candidate is experimentation-driven, results-oriented, and skilled at collaborating across business and technical teams to drive remediation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of new SaaS applications with CrowdStrike Falcon Shield, ensuring comprehensive coverage and effective onboarding.
• Perform rule tuning and configuration within Falcon Shield to maximize alert fidelity and minimize false positives.
• Continuously monitor SaaS application security posture, identifying misconfigurations, vulnerable options, and other risks as reported by Falcon Shield.
• Partner with business teams to remediate findings, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
• Track and report remediation progress to both technical and leadership audiences, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Develop and maintain runbooks, policies, and procedures for SaaS security operations.
• Create and manage key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of SaaS security and remediation efforts.
• Assist with triaging potential security incidents related to SaaS applications.
• Promote security and privacy by design through effective collaboration with stakeholders.
