Job Description

The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will be a key member of the BI and Data Analytics Team, playing an integral role in the design and development of BI reporting and analytics.

The BI Analyst will be required to conduct thorough data analysis, help design, and implement analytics programs, generate reports, and collaborate with various teams to optimize our resources.

The ideal candidate must possess exceptional analytical and communication skills, in addition to proven technical aptitude.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Maintenance and monitoring of systems that deliver data analytics to users to ensure uptime and timeliness of data
  • Collect business reporting requirements with stakeholders to develop data solutions to transform raw data and provide appropriate insights
  • Develop detailed user stories and profiles
  • Create, test, and deploy PowerBI scripts and dashboards to allow for data extraction and analysis
  • Scheduling of processes to update datasets, deliver reports, and provide information
  • Construct new data repositories for existing and new data sources, and provide visualizations to enhance user accessibility and understanding
  • Work with team to determine the best business intelligence product to meet customer needs
  • Troubleshoot with Snowflake data and collaborate with Engineering team to streamline data definitions, dictionary and data flows.

Qualifications : :

  • Knowledge and experience working with Power BI and Excel skills are a must for this role
  • Knowledge and experience in writing SQL code
  • Ability to convert data into relevant reports and graphs.
  • Excellent communications skills with both non-technical and highly technical resources.
  • Able to self-manage workload, balancing small tasks and larger projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a dynamic, evolving environment
  • Ethical character and uncompromised integrity.
  • Experience in Telecom industry is a plus

    • Education / Experience : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Business, or related field + a minimum of 6-7 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience in working in data and analytics organizations with Dev ops processes or agile processes.
  • Experience in delivering automated reports and creating data visualization
  • Moderate to Advanced Power BI and Microsoft Excel and Snowflake experience
  • Moderate to Advanced SQL skills
