Our partners are seeking a passionate and experienced Medical Director to lead a thriving, AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital. This is an ideal opportunity for a veterinarian ready to step into leadership or an experienced Medical Director seeking a supportive, modern practice. You will guide a talented team of veterinarians and support staff, delivering high-quality medical, surgical, dental, and preventative care for dogs, cats, and select exotic pets.

The hospital is a state-of-the-art facility, fully equipped with digital full-body and dental radiography, ultrasound, surgical and dental suites, and a fully stocked in-house pharmacy. From wellness exams to advanced diagnostics and surgeries, the team provides compassionate care using the latest veterinary techniques. You will set clinical standards, mentor the medical team, and foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

As Medical Director, you will inspire your team to provide exceptional patient care while supporting professional growth. You will work closely with hospital management to drive operational excellence, shape strategic goals, and ensure the practice continues to thrive. The team includes experienced veterinarians, Fear-Free Certified technicians, and dedicated support staff, allowing you to focus on leadership and high-quality medicine.

About You

  • DVM / VMD degree and eligible for licensure
  • Ready to step into a leadership role or currently serving as a Medical Director
