Summary :

Ensures a complete and accurate electronic medical record. Utilizes the quality review process to ensure the integrity and legality of the electronic medical record. Reviews scanned documents for image quality and accuracy. Serves as a liaison between the organization and the imaging vendor. Performs operational functions to support the Health Information Management department.
