We've transformed into a leading community health center. With 40 clinics across Washington and Oregon, we offer a wide range of services such as medical, dental, pharmacy, orthodontia, nutritional counseling, autism screening, and behavioral health. Our holistic model also extends assistance to shelter, energy, weatherization, HIV and AIDS counseling, home visits, and mobile medical / dental clinics.

Position Highlights :

  • $45.96-$56.73 / hour DOE
  • $8,000 sign-on bonus with your first paycheck
  • Additional 4% differential for your bilingual skills
  • Eligible for loan repayment programs paid state license fees
  • Additional CE time off plus annual cash reimbursement
  • Work Schedule : 4 days a week, working at multiple clinics in the area

    • What You'll Do :

  • Conduct patient X-ray procedures and store X-rays
  • Complete periodontal charting and prepare tools for Provider exams
  • Perform preventative periodontal care and assist with restorations
  • Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide
  • Provide oral hygiene education and formulate treatment plans
  • Support infection control program and provide input for clinic efficiency improvements
  • May participate in the development, implementation, and coordination of dental education programs provided inside and outside the organization

    • Qualifications :

  • Graduation from a Dental Hygiene school
  • Active WA State Dental Hygiene license
  • CPR certification within 90 days of hire
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred at level 10
  • Knowledge of standard dental practices and current hygiene concepts
  • Skilled in dental anesthesia and restorative procedures
  • Ability to interact professionally with patients and colleagues of all ages
  • Effective time management and resource utilization to efficiently complete work within set deadlines
  • High level of dexterity and coordination
  • Basic proficiency with Electronic Dental Records, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
