Key Responsibilities Track and manage renewal opportunities across assigned accounts Coordinate with vendors on pricing and product information while addressing customer needs Maintain customer renewal data and assist with order entry and tracking Required Qualifications High School graduate; 2- or 4-year college graduate preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM management 2+ years of experience in sales, renewals, or account management preferred Knowledge of Cisco, HPE Aruba, and related IT vendor solutions Previous experience in technology sales or customer service is a plus
