Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Therapy Plans : Assess patients' needs and design individualized strategies to help them achieve their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and their ability to perform daily activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Provide guidance to patients and their caregivers on therapy methods to facilitate continuing progress at home.
• Document and Monitor Patient Progress : Keep track of clinical outcomes, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure patients remain on the path to recovery.
