Overview
Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 remote)
12-24 month contract on W-2
Must be currently in Charlotte, no relocation
Required Skills and Experience
Experience developing and facilitating complex training programs for multiple end-users with varying needs (front line to operations)
Motivated self-starter; self-directed, work with little supervision
Collaborate to meet goals
Ability to work in a dynamic / fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities, often working within tight deadlines and fast turn around
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Apply critical thinking scenarios, making sure to weigh all options to ensure best possible outcome
Location : Charlotte, NC (550 S. Tryon St.) or Minneapolis, MN (600 S 4th Street) - hybrid, must be in-office at least 3X per week
