WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead Product Vision : Define and drive the roadmap for cutting-edge hardware products, with a focus on wearable and head-borne technologies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, industrial design, human factors experts, and field teams to translate user needs into innovative product specifications.
• Market & User Research : Conduct market research and customer engagements to identify opportunities, interpret end-user feedback, and stay ahead of emerging trends.
• Product Lifecycle Management : Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from concept and prototyping to launch and post-market analysis—ensuring compliance with rigorous performance and ergonomic standards. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality hardware products.
• Roadmap Strategy : Develop agile product strategies that adapt quickly to new technological disciplines and evolving end-user requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary liaison among technical teams, design stakeholders, and external customers, clearly conveying progress, challenges, and improvements.
• Problem Solving : Anticipate, identify, and resolve hardware challenges, ensuring that products meet and exceed quality and ergonomic expectations.

US Salary Range

$154,000 - $273,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and / or training, critical skills, and / or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
