A company is looking for a Client Manager to lead strategic relationships and drive client success across their platform. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging training sessions demonstrating how the platform can address client business challenges Serve as a trusted advisor, translating complex data into actionable insights for clients and internal teams Maintain a library of best practices and contribute to internal certification training for associates Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required Knowledge and use of Spectra and / or SSI tools Experience in a client service environment with a focus on developing and maintaining client relationships Project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in complex situations Retail or manufacturing background experience preferred
