Job Purpose : The Reporting and Analysis Specialist II is responsible for preparation and distribution of various internal reports to the operational groups and ensuring that all Operation Leaders have the appropriate data and tools to run their business units.
Essential Duties :
Produce and maintain metrics, reporting and analyses for the Support and Technical Operations organizationsFulfill ad-hoc and reoccurring request for report and presentations for business needs, utilizing tools such as Tableau, SSRS, SQL, Excel, and PowerPointAnalyze and Identify data trends in KPI’s involving trouble tickets, assignments, call platforms and financial impactsAttend / Facilitate meetings with users regarding requirementsRecommend system and process enhancement related to team or business line proceduresPerform other assigned duties as neededPerform other related duties as assigned or required.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Knowledge to design, development, QA and deploy Tableau Dashboards and SSRS ReportsAbility to build and maintain SQL queries, procedures, and jobsCapable of using Microsoft excel to analyze and manipulated data, such as formatting, pivot tables, formulas, etc.Ability to manage workload within a fast paced and dynamic workplaceAbility to gather, manipulating and analyze data from multiple sourcesStrong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skillsAttention to detail and ability to accurately follow proceduresSelf-motivated and can work with minimal directionAbility to work well with multiple different personality typesCapability and willingness to learn new applications and tasksMinimum Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED3+ years of experience in SQL (queries, stored procedures, SSRS)2+ years of experience creating in TableauStrong skillset with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experienceExperience working remotelyExperience with SharePoint, Salesforce, and Microsoft TeamsPhysical Requirements :
