• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Days, Nights, 12-hour shifts
• Need approximately 3 - 8 shifts per month
• Annual ED volume 32000 (includes fast track which is covered by midlevel)
• Non-designated trauma
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
