Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments and provide healthcare information Conduct surveys and assist patients with benefits and insurance inquiries Enhance patients' healthcare experiences through empathetic interactions Required Qualifications High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required Strong computer experience with data entry and screen navigation Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties Must provide two monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
