About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead the planning and implementation of day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality performance in both clinical and administrative interactions. Candidates for the COO position at the company should have a master's degree, with a certification in healthcare operations or a related field preferred. A minimum of three years' experience in an organization-wide leadership role at the director level or above is required, with a strong preference for those with experience in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC). The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, be KPI or metric-driven, and have a strong ability to convert vision into operational execution. The role demands a leader who can ensure the operational and financial success of the organization, particularly in the context of serving the underserved community.
