We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join our team, to specialize in providing process monitoring solutions to municipal clients in the water and wastewater treatment industry.

Primary Responsibilities
Following an extensive onboarding and training process, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing remote and on-site technical support for the Sales Team. This includes defining and presenting process monitoring solutions using ChemScan, Partech and In-Situ products along with integrating third-party products such as pumps and shelters.
Sales Support :
- Work with sales team to meet with customers and understand their technical issues and requirements
- Review project plans and specifications to assist in preparing product and third-party quotations
- Create system-level diagrams and technical documentation for large projects
Operations & Project Management :
Create P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) as needed for internal and external communicationsPrepare custom submittal packages per project specifications and, working with the team, negotiate to final acceptanceReview manufacturing release definitions for configured productsManage third-party product definitions, purchasing, delivery, and support relationshipsCoordinate production, delivery, and installation of monitoring systems from design through completionService Support :
Support field service teams during installation and commissioning phasesSupport / coordinate third-party products through the warranty periodPosition Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering, or similar disciplineMust have experience working in the U.S. municipal markets3-5+ years of experience in water / wastewater construction projectsExperience with processing applications and hydro-mechanical process systems design (preferably projects up to $1M)Applicant must be eligible to work in the United StatesApplicant must hold a valid passport for international travelRequired Skills
Technical understanding of water and wastewater treatment equipmentExperience in project managementProficiency with 2D and 3D modeling software for customer-facing documentationExcellent customer service skillsStrong collaborative skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships and communicationsAmbitious and open to learn and adaptHigh attention to detail and thoroughness in a multitasking environmentStrong time management skillsPositive attitude with ability to accept continuous improvements to processesProficiency with Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, and ERP systemsWorking Environment / Physical Activities :

Compensation : Compensation will be commensurate with the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as alignment with market data and internal benchmarks.
Salary Range : $ 95,000-$120,000Additional Compensation : Participation in a Company-sponsored variable compensation plan.Benefits Available :
