Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills lathes grinders etc.) according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and G-code programs.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts ensuring proper alignment and secure clamping.
• Monitor machine operations detect malfunctions and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform in-process inspection of parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers micrometers gauges).
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine alarms tool wear and minor operational issues.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance cleaning and tool changes as required.
