Essential Job Functions :
- Basic knowledge of AC / DC power and installation.
- Understand and use established safety requirements / procedures for equipment, ESD, power, & radiation.
- Install frames, cabinets, and misc. equipment
- Install cables, power, inter-cabinet, alarm punch-down.
- Able to follow established procedures and resolve any site issues material and engineering discrepancies.
- Measure and mark floors, position and assemble iron work and cable rack.
- Drill floors, install raised floors, install anchors, level, align and secure equipment including earthquake requirement.
- Able to run Cabling, Fiber, Coax, and properly secure to appropriate locations.
- Solid work ethic, capable of self-directed work.
- Adhere to all Telecom Standards and Practices.
