Palmer Logistics is looking for a skilled Warehouse Inventory Associate to join our dynamic team!

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient in Warehouse Management Systems, Warehouse Equipment and Microsoft Office Suite. This position plays a crucial role in our daily operations by ensuring that inventory is accurately tracked, organized, and readily available to meet production and shipping demands. If you're a dedicated and proactive individual looking to make an impact in our organization, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

  • Verify shipments for accuracy, document and report any discrepancies.
  • Load, unload, move, and stage product by operating various equipment such as sit-down forklift, reach truck, and cherry picker.
  • Utilize RF scanner.
  • Follow established company policies and procedures .
  • Collaborate with warehouse and office personnel to meet productivity goals.

Qualifications :

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail oriented, organized, and analytical.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and work well under pressure and time constraints.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 2-3 years of warehouse experience (3PL a plus)
  • Experience with cycle count and inventory control.
  • High School Diploma or GED
