Senior Vice President, Technology Modernization & Governance

We are seeking a strategic, execution-oriented technology leader to drive the governance and delivery of a multi-year, enterprise-wide modernization strategy. This high-impact role will oversee multiple execution workstreamsincluding cloud migration, data center exits, application modernization, data consolidation, and identity and access management transformation. Why this role is important to us : The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in IT governance, financial oversight, audit and compliance, and cross-functional program delivery. This is a highly visible leadership position with influence across the organization.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Program Governance & Executive Reporting

• Lead the governance structure for execution workstreams aligned with the firm's technology modernization strategy.
• Chair monthly executive Steering Committee meetings, providing updates on program status, risks, decisions, financials, and outcome-based metrics for a $150M investment portfolio.
• Represent the program with internal stakeholder, executive board, regulatory, and client briefings.
• Promote transparency and accountability through OKRs, execution metrics, and spotlight reporting.

Salary Range : $225,000 - $337,500 Annual
