Job Description : Duties :
As an Accounts Payable II,
- you will reconcile vendor statements and follow up on discrepancies.
- You will be responsible for accurate coding, verification, and electronic entry of Accounts Payable data into an Automated Accounting System.
- Reconciliation of freight invoices to shipping database.
- You will perform research as requested by internal / external auditors and PMs and you will maintain back-end scanning and record retention.
