Strong clinical skills with an ability to handle intensive care equipment.Proficient in clinical documentation software and patient management systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to cope with emotional stress and be empathetic towards patients and their families.Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, especially under high stress conditions.
