Physical Therapy Assistant
Community Health at Home in Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join the team. The PTA assists patients in the comfort of their own homes to regain their independence by improving their mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities. The PTA works collaboratively with the PT, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care and achieve established goals.

Qualifications include an associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program, active registered PTA license in the state of practice, current CPR / BLS Certification, one-year Physical Therapy Assistant experience in a clinical setting, current driver's license, and automobile insurance.
