About the role :

We are seeking a seasoned Content Manager with a strong background in mortgage or home equity marketing to lead the development and execution of high-impact content across multiple formats. This individual will play a critical role in building our brand narrative, supporting investor relations, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate is a versatile storyteller, a visual thinker, and a strategic collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

This is a hybrid position with a requirement of 3 full days in our Omaha, Nebraska office.

Responsibilities :

  • Strategize, manage, and execute content marketing plans with teams across the company
  • Optimize content for lead generation while maintaining tone and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Create educational and engaging content for homeowners, industry partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to gather data-driven customer insights and context, ensuring stories address the needs of the market and brand goals
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer challenges to inform content strategy
  • Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives
  • Develop videos (e.g., explainer videos, testimonials, investor presentations) in collaboration with design and production partners
  • Write compelling copy for blog posts, whitepapers, investor decks, newsletters, social media, and more
  • Oversee the creation of visual assets including infographics, marketing collateral, and digital ads
  • Prepare and present content for investor meetings and leadership communications
  • Act as a liaison between marketing, legal, compliance, and product teams to ensure accuracy and alignment
  • Ensure all content adheres to regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Stay up to date on market trends, mortgage lending developments, and competitor positioning

About you :

  • 5+ years of experience in content management, marketing, or communications, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industry
  • Proven ability to produce diverse content types (written, video, graphic)
  • Deep understanding of the mortgage and / or home equity space, including regulatory considerations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive and investor audiences
  • Proficiency with content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut / Adobe Premiere, Canva, CMS platforms)
  • Knowledge of AI tools with respect to content creation and scalability
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with an eye for detail
