JOB LOCATION : Main Campus

DEPARTMENT : RADIOLOGY ADMININSTRATION

SCHEDULE : Full Time, 8 HR Day Shift, 8-4 : 30p

POSITION SUMMARY

Provides nursing care and monitoring to patients while in the various sections of Medical Imaging following the established Standards of Care. Responsible for Infection Control and assist in QA / PI processes in Medical Imaging. Assists in Special Procedures section in providing care for the patient undergoing interventional procedures including pre-procedure, intra-procedure and post-procedure care of the patients.

WORKING CONDITIONS - ADA INFORMATION

Duties require considerable sitting, standing, stooping bending, lifting (in excess of 50 pounds), pushing objects (wheelchairs, stretchers). Comfortable conditions, subject to irregular schedules, including weekends, exposed to high levels of stress. Work may require exposure to communicable diseases.
