We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of luxury condominium projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for budgets, schedules, quality control, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring high-end residential projects are delivered on time and to exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout
  • Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost reports
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors to align on design, scope, and execution
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and enforce adherence to plans, specifications, and quality expectations
  • Ensure strict compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and municipal requirements
  • Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure workmanship meets luxury standards
  • Lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear communication throughout

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in residential or mixed-use construction, with proven success delivering luxury condo or high-rise projects
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance effectively
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills for client, consultant, and team interactions
  • Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
