We're seeking dynamic Logistics & Facilities Supervisor to join our team and make a difference in the lives of residents in long-term care facilities. The Logistics & Facilities Supervisor oversees departmental workflow and staff assignments, ensuring team members are properly trained and meet performance standards. This role provides routine and emergency maintenance for pharmacy equipment—including medication carts, treatment carts, and fax machines—and supports deliveries, pickups, and general errands. The Supervisor also ensures the pharmacy and facility equipment are maintained and repaired as needed, contributing to a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.
Location : Cleveland, OH
Salary range : Starting at $60,000 / year (Salary Based on Experience)
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 30 am – 5 : 00 pm (weekends as required by the business)
Travel Expectations : 50%

Key Responsibilities :
Supervise daily operations, including staff scheduling, assignments, PTO tracking, and shift coordination.Support coaching, training, and performance management; escalate performance concerns as needed.Maintain and repair pharmacy equipment and building facilities, performing emergency or preventative maintenance when required.Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and security of maintenance tools, supplies, and facility areas.Assist with deliveries, pickups, inventory stocking, and controlled substance handling per protocol.Manage movement or setup of IT assets and heavy equipment as needed.Adhere to company, safety, and regulatory standards (CMS, DEA, OSHA, HIPAA).Maintain certifications and complete required compliance training.Communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and customers to resolve issues promptly.Promote a safe, clean, and professional environment while supporting special projects and process improvements.Maintain compliance with Clarest Health’s Code of Conduct and all regulatory and reporting requirements.Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED requiredValid Driver’s License with a safe driving record and valid vehicle InsurancePrior experience in maintenance or repair of medical carts / equipment, furniture, cabinetry, or similar hardware (locks, casters, drawers) preferredAbility to lift / move up to 100 lbs. and stand or drive for extended periodsWillingness to travel up to 50% within the pharmacy operating area (may include overnight stays)Ability to maintain required certifications for specialized equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack)Skills & Abilities :
