Reporting to : Graphic Designer Art Director

Location : Topeka, KS - Onsite

Overview :

Are you looking for experience with an award-winning graphic design team? Do you enjoy creative projects and branding? This could be the role for you! The design intern will work with the creative teams to make updates and revisions to graphic, web, and print design materials for our clients. If you are an individual with great attention to detail, can keep up with a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with others, apply today!

What you'll do :

  • Make edits to print and web designs including text changes and graphic revisions
  • Essential design projects including agendas, notecards, invitations, announcements, email signatures and email headers and maintain live client websites
  • Prepare files for print vendors
  • Edit PowerPoint presentations
  • Upload files to compliance team to review
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Experience you'll bring :

  • Some experience in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and XD
  • Strong customer relationship skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Willingness to learn and push beyond daily tasks
  • Ability to interact with all personality types and with all levels of staff
  • Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail

    • Bonus Points :

  • Knowledge in digital design is a plus including HTML, Dreamweaver & WordPress
  • Currently or previously enrolled in secondary education program
