Handyman must have a verifiable 10+ years experience, possess all around handyman knowledge working in :

Sheetrock, Painting

Tile, Flooring

Plumbing, Electrical

Furniture Assembly

Carpentry, Hang art,

Mounting Tv's

Additionally, handyman must :

Able to overcome / solve complication

Maintain a professional appearance

Have a valid driver's license

Proper tools

Responsibilities :

On a regular basis, handyman will be responsible for :

Interacting with clients

Maintaining a professional attitude

Remaining consistently punctual

Organizing both time and tools / equipment
