Base Compensation : $155,000-195,000 + Annual Bonus + Profit Sharing

Position Overview

The company is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead large-scale, ground-up industrial projects in the $50M$100M+ range. This individual will be a key leader within the organization, responsible for overseeing project teams, managing client relationships, mitigating risk, and ensuring financial and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level leadership on complex industrial projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee financial performance, budgets, schedules, risk management, and deliverables for assigned projects
  • Serve as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Mentor and develop project teams, providing guidance, training, and career development support
  • Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and company standards across all phases of the project

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record delivering ground-up industrial projects $40M$60M+
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire project teams
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
